García de la Cruz Olive Oil Co. , has signed a collaboration agreement with Mr. José Luque, executive chef of The Westin Palace in Madrid.
By signing this agreement, the Madrilenian chef will become the culinary ambassador of our brand playing a leading role in different projects with our centenarian brand .
Mr. Luque has a broad and long experience of over 20 years in the culinary world. He was trained at the Aranjuez Cookery School and at Luis Irízar Cookery School in San Sebastián. Currently he is one of the chefs with most projection in the culinary scene.
García de la Cruz, a company with more than 140 years of experience producing high quality olive oil and which has established itself as a company expanding internationally, has signed this agreement with Mr. Luque mainly to show consumers how many possibilities extra virgin olive oil has beyond the traditional view we have of the product.
Extra olive oil consumers and non-consumers’ education has become a challenge for both partners since this still unfamiliar product offers endless combinations in the culinary world and has multiple beneficial properties for health.
